ORIGINAL ARTWORK – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All sales of original paintings are final.
Each piece will be shipped within 7 days of ordering and will be sent with tracking and insurance.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs office. Customs processing times vary by country and are outside my control.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, I am unable to refund or replace the order.
Every care is taken to package each artwork with care. If a piece arrives damaged, it must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with photos of both the packaging and the artwork.
Colours can sometimes vary from what you see onscreen due to different screen settings.
All artworks are signed and include certificate of Authenticity

All fine art prints are professionally made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners.

Processing Time

Each print is produced especially for you after your order is placed.

Processing and production typically take 2–7 business days.
During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to your delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Packaging

Prints are packaged carefully to help ensure they arrive safely.

Smaller prints may be shipped in rigid stay-flat envelopes.
Larger prints are shipped in protective triangular kraft mailers.
Framed prints are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes.
Packaging materials may vary depending on the fulfillment location and destination.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately. Some products are packaged and shipped independently to ensure safe delivery.
