This website sells original artwork and fine art prints.

2. Products
We make every effort to display artwork, colors, and product details as accurately as possible.
However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:
- Monitor and device settings
- Printing processes
- Lighting conditions
Such variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.
All artwork dimensions and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Once an order has been submitted, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it if production or shipping has already begun.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without notice.
Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are made to order through our fulfillment partner.
Because prints are custom produced specifically for each order:
- All sales are final.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
6. Original Artwork
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works of art.
All sales of original artwork are final.
Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork descriptions, dimensions, and photographs prior to purchase.
7. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Customs inspections
- Weather events
- Carrier disruptions
- Circumstances beyond our control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

8. Damaged Orders
If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:
- The damaged item
- Packaging materials
- Shipping label
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

All artwork, images, designs, text, logos, and content on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing artwork or prints does not transfer copyright ownership.
Customers may not:
- Reproduce artwork
- Scan artwork
- Copy artwork
- Resell artwork reproductions
- Use artwork for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works without written permission
All copyrights remain the exclusive property of the artist.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
